Jason Wesley - Founder of Titanium Mindset

Jason Wesley

Jason R. Wesley is an educator, author, motivational speaker, fitness professional, and leadership and wellness consultant whose life's work centers on helping people recognize their potential, overcome limitations, and move forward with purpose.

A native of Inkster, Michigan, Jason has built a career that spans education, leadership, youth development, fitness, wellness, and community engagement. His professional journey has included serving as a classroom teacher, Reading Specialist, Literacy Coach, Assistant Principal, Principal, and Attendance Coordinator.

He currently serves as an Attendance Coordinator with Washtenaw Intermediate School District, where he works collaboratively with schools, districts, families, and community partners to strengthen systems that keep students connected to school and learning.

A Foundation of Excellence

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Michigan State University, a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Phoenix, and an Education Specialist degree in Leadership and Administration from Capella University. He also holds Michigan teaching and administrator certifications and has been recognized for his work in education, including being named Teacher of the Year.

Beyond education, Jason has expanded his mission into health, fitness, and personal development. As a certified personal trainer, group trainer, cycling instructor, and nutrition professional, he believes physical wellness can become a powerful vehicle for developing discipline, confidence, resilience, and a stronger mindset.

Jason is also an author whose work explores personal growth, perseverance, education, faith, and the beliefs that can either limit or liberate us. His philosophy is reflected in the Titanium Mindset—an approach built around resilience, accountability, discipline, perseverance, and the determination to keep moving forward despite adversity.

At the heart of Jason's work is a simple belief: people are capable of becoming more than their circumstances, setbacks, or past experiences suggest. Whether he is working with students, educators, families, fitness clients, organizations, or communities, his goal remains the same—to help people recognize their strength, challenge the limitations they have accepted, and take purposeful action toward becoming the best version of themselves.

The Foundation

Many of the values that guide Jason's life—hard work, sacrifice, compassion, perseverance, and service—were first modeled for him by his mother, Christine Wesley.

Christine Verdell Wesley

Christine Verdell Wesley was a woman whose life demonstrated the power of sacrifice, perseverance, faithfulness, hard work, and service to others.

As a mother, Christine worked tirelessly to provide for her family and to keep her son, Jason, focused on positive opportunities and a better future. Her influence was not defined by titles or recognition, but by what she consistently demonstrated through her actions: show up, work hard, care for people, remain dependable, and never allow difficult circumstances to determine the limits of your life.

Christine spent approximately 33 years working at the University of Michigan Hospital. Her journey there was itself an example of persistence. After initially not being hired, she continued moving forward and eventually built a career marked by dedication, reliability, and an exceptional work ethic. She worked night shifts while carrying responsibilities for both her family and her parents, demonstrating a level of sacrifice that left a lasting impression on those closest to her.

Christine Verdell Wesley

Those who knew Christine experienced more than her work ethic. She was also a source of comfort, wisdom, empathy, and understanding. She had a willingness to help others and a strength that was often expressed through service rather than words.

For her son, Jason Wesley, Christine became one of his earliest and most important examples of perseverance. Her life helped shape his understanding of responsibility, resilience, compassion, and what it means to continue moving forward when circumstances are difficult.

Christine's influence continues through the people she loved and the values she passed forward. Her legacy can be seen in Jason's commitment to education, service, wellness, personal growth, and helping others overcome the limitations placed upon their lives.

Her story is an important part of the foundation behind Jason's work and the message he shares today: where you begin does not have to determine where you finish.

Christine Wesley's life reminds us that legacy is not simply what we leave behind. It is what we place inside others that continues long after we are gone.

A world where more people embrace challenge as opportunity, where excellence is the standard, and where individuals understand that true strength isn't given—it's earned through consistent effort and unwavering commitment to growth.

Core Values

The principles that guide everything we do

Relentless Discipline

Excellence is built through consistent action, not motivation. We show up every day, regardless of how we feel.

Evidence-Based

We combine scientific research with real-world experience to deliver proven strategies that work.

No Excuses

We take full ownership of our results. Obstacles are opportunities to prove what we're made of.

Continuous Growth

Complacency is the enemy of excellence. We're always learning, adapting, and pushing forward.
